Valid Days for Exchange: Any item purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the customer can provide proof of purchase. Customers opting for the online exchange process with a valid reason for exchange will not incur courier charges for the exchange pickup.

Proof of Purchase: This includes an online order confirmation email.

Conditions Qualifying for Exchange: Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, with all tags intact, and packaging in its original condition. Additionally, customers must state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as a defective item, incorrect size, or wrong product received.

Please Note: While we make every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors and designs may vary slightly due to different device screen settings and lighting conditions. Therefore, this variation does not qualify as a valid condition for exchange.

Online Exchange Process: The online exchange process typically takes 7-10 days to complete after verification. If customers are dissatisfied with the item or have received the incorrect size, they will be required to return the item to our Head Office. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, it will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange: Items purchased at a discount or during a sale are not eligible for exchange. Please note that for sale orders, exchanges will only be granted for valid reasons, and the exchange process may take longer than usual.
